Kevin's philosophy in life was simple... God, Family, Country.

Family and farming made leaving home difficult, but Kevin was proud to serve his country. It was a sacrifice he made to keep his family and country safe. Now, we have realized the unimaginable reality - that Kevin was not invincible. So many loved him for so many reasons - and now we have banned together to draw strength from each other.

Kevin leaves behind his wife and soul-mate, Lorin and her son, to whom he had so much to teach. Kevin and Lorin’s love for each other was obvious to any who saw them together. She was his sweetheart and he, her true love. To his parents, he was the perfect son, their only son, he and his father were so much alike that his father will never be whole without him; and his mother will never be able to mend her broken heart. Three sisters, to whom he was the best brother - he always let them know he was there, always had the last word, always kepT them at their best - and his three brothers-in-law, they shared the love of his sisters and they admired him for all he had accomplished and wondered what would come next. He had neices and nephews that he protected and cherished; in their eyes, he will forever be the perfect role model. To his fellow soldiers, he was the best pilot, mentor and friend many of them could ever imagine. And his friends, they will miss the him for his personality, he was everyone's friend. To meet him once, was to be his friend forever. Kevin will forever be the husband, son, brother, uncle, friend, man and hero forever in our memory and always in our hearts.
